Safety
One of our guiding principles is safety, which is at the heart of all we do. We encourage and foster a culture in which people genuinely care about one another and where everyone shares our zero-incidents aim.

Our COVID-19 response
During this trying period, the safety of our employees, contractors, and clients on our job sites was our top priority. On job sites, we established tight protocols and standard operating procedures while adhering to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) guidelines. On all of our sites, we encourage open conversation and encourage trade partners to disclose any safety concerns to their foremen so that they may be addressed immediately.
We see with a 360-degree approach
Our tried-and-true technique incorporates an emergency preparedness plan, public protections, trade partner training and safety, and jobsite cleanliness. These elements form the foundation of our excellent safety culture.
We lead the way
Thinking about safety from a fresh perspective begins at the top: our senior leaders spend time and resources in cutting-edge technologies and equipment, but they also empower each employee to feel accountable for shaping our safety culture.
We watch out for each other
We want every employee and business partner to feel like they are part of a well-organized and cohesive team. By stressing people and teamwork above processes and checklists, we help our employees build deeper relationships with customers and trade partners.
